BIOGRAPHY (1989- )
Born in Providence, Rhode Island, I was raised
in North Carolina nearly all my life. I have 5
sisters and 2 brothers, yes, quite a large
family. As a young child, I've always had a
love to collect. I loved collecting broken or lost
objects that could be used for scrapbooking.
I also collected buttons and simply anything
that had some sort of "cool" designs to it. I
had always loved drawing since I was a kid,
but I knew right off the back that it was not
something I wanted to do when I grow older.
I graduated in 2007 at Maiden High. As soon as
I did, I headed straight towards college. I chose
CVCC because I felt it was the best place to
start. Of course, it saved money and it gave me
the opportunity to receive immediate help from
local friends and families when needed. I have
to say that I landed in the program by luck
because I honestly did not know what I wanted
to do and I didn't have an accurate knowledge
of what graphic designing was really about. I
am very glad that I'm here today. I discovered
that graphic designing is something that I enjoy
doing although I am still learning everyday.
